Real Food...


Yesterday I went to eat with a very good friend seeking for a Healthy place to eat, and we found a Salads Place... and we got a mmm... delicious Salad, healthy, nutritious, but before start eating I was wondering if that is enough to have my body running, and I just remember, that some like my plate, is what real food eats... so if a cow can survive with this, I'll do it too... 

Well seriously... I'm so used to eat unhealthy that will be hard to me to get used to healthy food, but I already make that decision. I will eat healthy by choice, and may be some day, I will see a plate like this like real food for me...

One of the things that is surprising to me today, is the low value that many people assign to their own promises.
